Refund policy
Because all of our items are made to order and our silk is extremely limited, we only accept refund returns on a limited basis, which is solely up to KINGJOO discretion. 

Exchanges are not accepted for items purchased on sale, with a discount code, custom orders, One of a kind items (like Rust-dyed and patchwork pieces), Accessories (i.e. facemasks, scrunchies, mask holders, etc) or any Yang Sheng items.

We issue exchanges or store credit within 14 days of receipt of goods. Given the handmade, exclusive nature of our products, we can only exchange your item(s) if we still have that print and fabric available. Items must be returned with all KINGJOO tags still attached and must be in their original packaging. We provide a free shipping label to facilitate all exchanges.

All exchanged or store credit items may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. This is up to KINGJOO discretion.
